Located just 1 minutes walk from the town centre and 2 minute walk from the beach, our self contained apartments are designed specifically for the holiday makers seeking short or long term accommodation or the corporate traveller wanting to stay in a home environment with views to ensure a wind down at the end of the day.

Our recently constructed property, with a manager only a block away at Sandy Cove Apartments, is set amid delightful landscaped gardens and each apartment offer an outdoor balconys, with glorious ocean views and lake views, all with a cool sea breeze.

Each of the well appointed apartments have been tastefully designed with furnishing and décor of the highest quality and standard.

Our two bedroom apartments are in keeping with today’s modern comforts and are fully self contained.

Leave the Freeway at the Wyong/The Entrance/Yarramalong exit & follow Wyong Rd; it is a direct route through Tuggerah, Berkeley Vale & Killarney Vale. At the Shelley Beach roundabout, turn left on to The Entrance Rd. Continue along The Entrance Rd for approximately 5 minutes and you will be in the middle of The Entrance Town Centre.

Our 2 Bedroom apartment accommodation has all your needs for a perfect corporate stay or holiday at The Entrance Central Coast and sleeps 4 adults.

This 2 bedroom apartment is tastefully designed with furnishing and décor of the highest quality and standard in keeping with today’s modern comforts and are fully self contained.

The master bedroom consists of queen size bed, ensuite. The 2nd bedroom consists of two single beds and built-in robe.

This designer unit is of an outstanding contemporary finish. It has an open plan living area and is decked out with superior quality furniture including comfortable lounges, designer wall prints and LCD entertainment.

The unit is fully self-contained with cookware and crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, vacuum cleaner, TV, DVD player, toaster, kettle… pretty much everything you need to live in home-style but with the convenience of hotel-style facilities and services.

Linen and towels are included and if your stay is longer than 7 days, the unit will be serviced once a week. If you require more frequent service, this can be arranged and a surcharge is applicable.

There is an on site manager available within 5 minutes for 24 / 7 for emergencies.

Cancellations:

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing. Deposit of 20% (or $100 for bookings under $500) non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Balance of the rental amount plus bond payable on arrival.

Cancellation if caused by the client:

Money paid is not refundable unless the apartment is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees may apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests responsibility during their stay. Smoking is not allowed within the unit, however we do provide ashtrays for those that wish to smoke on the balcony. Any evidence of a guest smoking inside will result in a deodorising fee of $200 being charged. Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 11.00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 3 business days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, etc. Pets are not allowed. Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Administration policy on refunds: A 10% cancellation fee is charged by BookCentralCoast on all cancellations.

Business Facilities:

Mariner furnished apartments have been designed to cater to the Corporate requirement for short-stay serviced accommodation.

Like the ‘serviced” apartments in our major cities Mariners can offer travellers, corporate guests, corporate clients and other itinerant workers a “home away from home”.

Rates are realistic and designed to meet Corporate allowance budgets for motel or hotel accommodation BUT our apartments offer, luxury, security and “space” to live!

Apartments can be rented for any short-stay term from 2 days to 3 months (or even longer).

They can be rented fully serviced, partially serviced, or self contained, depending on budgets, needs and preferences.

All apartments have “executive” views over the Tuggerah Lakes, The Entrance and the Surf Beaches of the Central Coast. Your overseas executives will be impressed!

Mariners can genuinely boast THE BEST VIEWS of any building on Central Coast!

The Entrance on the NSW Central Coast is a Mecca for seaside activities such as surfing, boating, fishing, scuba diving, late night prawning or simply relaxing with a good novel on the sandy shores. Choosing to stay at Mariner Apartments means that you can park your car on arrival and not touch it until departure, as everything you need is only a short stroll from your front door. You are just 2 minute walk to The Entrance Beach and a 1 minute walk to the Entrance Town Centre and the world famous Pelican Feeding amphitheatre. In the town centre there are boutique shops, al fresco dining, fine restaurants,shopping centres and a variety of night life. Local attractions include family entertainment and markets staged regularly amid the well manicured lawns and gardens on the picturesque foreshore.
