The kitchen is fully equipped, this includes a microwave, stainless steel double drawer dishwasher, stainless steel 900mm oven and stainless steel 900mm gas cook top, as well as the basics such as kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Both bathrooms radiate class and style with their camphor laurel counter tops and cupboards. Bathroom 1 has a double frameless shower, toilet and twin basins. Bathroom 2 has a claw foot bath, corner shower and twin basins. The lounge area has a wide screen rear projection plasma television, along with surround sound, 5 cd/dvd player and video machine. The lounge suite is a 3 seater, 2 seater and 2 one seaters. The dining area is truly unique with a 6 seater table which is a converted old manderin door with glass top. Bedroom 1 has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. Bedroom 2 has built in wardrobes and is very spacious. The house was especially designed for open space living and is tastefully decorated with art from around the world. The theme colours are earthy tans and browns which lends to a very relaxed abode. Downlights with dimmers are fitted throughout the house. All the rooms/lounge have french doors leading off to the outside and the rooms all the windows/doors are cedar, the 2 metre front door being the feature. All the windows have cedar blinds throughout the house. A wide deck extends off the front and side of the house and the back of the house has an outdoor shower to rinse off. The garden features a sheltered unique pebbled seating area made from railway sleepers with bbq. Off the main bedroom is an enclosed chill out area with Hammock and lounger surrounded by tropical palms and a perfect relaxation area. The area is very quiet and the house borders on the Wamberal Creek, where you have direct access to the Wamberal lagoon in a kayak or alterntively a short 200m walk to the famous Spoon Bay Beach or 10 minute walk to Forresters Beach (a 2 minute drive). Terrigal is a short 10 kilometre drive to its quaint coffee shops and restaurants, as well as Terrigal Beach. Alternatively for the walking enthusiast it is a roughly 30 - 40 minute stroll from Spoon Bay Beach to Terrigal along the beautiful stretch of beach passing two lagoons. Forresters Beach also boasts great surf on rights, lefts and Banzai for the surf guru's and body boarders.
