A three bedroom penthouse equipped with the best of everything! The penthouse is ideal for a holiday on the Central Coast, as a venue for business activities or a conference for up to twelve participants. This is a fun resort with everything designed for your pleasure.

The lounge is stylish and comfortable with sofas that will easily seat 6 or more. For your relaxation and entertainment; a 107cm plasma screen TV, CD, DVD and Foxtel are supplied.

The dining table will seat up to 12 persons. Large windows open to a wide deck providing an extended living area. An electric BBQ and outdoor furniture are provided for your alfresco dining while you enjoy the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Smeg appliances and the best in all other equipment, including a top of the range Sunbeam Espresso coffee machine.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and spa bath.

Two other bedrooms are furnished with day beds to enable them to be used for breakout rooms if required. The day beds can be extended to form double beds. The main bathroom is spacious and has a shower cubicle. All linen is provided and the apartment has plenty of storage space.

The building has fast elevators that take you to the Resort facilities, gym, spa, sauna and pool. Weekend 3 day specials and weekly rates are quoted; the price depending on the number of persons staying in the apartment and the number of nights required. Bookings of 2 nights are accepted, Enquire for discount prices for stays of several days, weekend or weekdays. A bond is required; this is returned at the end of the tenancy after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

The RSL Club is located in the same building providing resort-style experience to members and guests with the Coast's best free entertainment and there are dining venues to suit all tastes and budgets. From seafood on the sun-drenched Tallow Beach Terrace, breakfast at Rocky Point Cafe to the a la carte restaurant Half Tide Rocks.

Close by, Brisbane Water, Broken Bay and Pittwater are boating paradises for water people. Enjoy fun, sun and surf and all the facilities of this wonderful resort. There are Italian, Thai, Indian and Chinese restaurants within a short walk. There are markets on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Umina is close by.

A short 20 minutes drive takes you to many beautiful parts of the Central Coast and a short ferry trip to Palm Beach. Avoca, Terrigal and Wamberal Beaches are close by. Terrigal offers its glitz and glamour, with numerous shops and restaurants complementing the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Erina Fair shopping is on the way to Terrigal.

The Australian Reptile Park, the Chinese Gardens at Kariong and the Woy Woy Leisure Centre are all nearby. If you take a trip to Sydney, you can swim and surf at Bondi Beach to Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities. Sydney Harbour cruises from Circular Quay and great choices for meals and dinner at Sydney Harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
