All excellent quality, comfortable bedding. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE. Positioned on ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT, with the BEACH and LAKE right at the back door. SPRAWLING LAWNS just outside the back door lead straight to the lagoon and beach.

Laguna is perfect for a romantic getaway for couples, a family holiday or friends get-together.

LAGUNA has a delightful SEPARATE RETREAT UPSTAIRS with bedroom, bathroom, wc, formal dining area, MARBLE Gas FIREPLACE, granite kitchen and private balconies.

DOWNSTAIRS has 2 bedrooms to accommodate 6 pple, a granite kitchen, loungeroom, family room with dining, two bathrooms and internal laundry.

Laguna Beach House is "GORGEOUS". It has been recently beautifully transformed.

Laguna is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING but located in a PRIVATE TRANQUIL setting surrounded by grassy yards which lead directly to the lagoon and beach. You can WALK to everything.

FEED the DUCKS, go CANOEING, PLAY ON THE SAND, SWIM, SURF, RELAX, have a BBQ. DINE on THE DECKS, WATCH the SUNSET.

Laguna has been beautifully renovated throughout and has ALL NEW and very comfortable furniture and bedding.
