Brand new holiday home, luxurious and wonderfully designed to take in the very best views of Copacabana. The Beach, from the rock pool and platform end span out right in front of you. As you take a 270 degree turn you will scan across the Pacific blue all the way down to Macmasters and the spectacular Bouddi Headland.

By night this house perched overlooking the Copa valley turns into a view of a twinkling fairyland of lights. From May to August it is one of premier sites on the East Coast to watch the annual whale migration north.

Of course we want your holiday to commence the moment you arrive so there will be a welcoming bottle of champagne and nibbles there to get you into the holiday mood.

The ultimate outdoor DEKK areas are a feature of each living area.

The top floor, designed for privacy, accommodates the main bedroom and large ensuite. The main bedroom opens onto it's own DEKK. The views you can see in our photo gallery - but you really need to be there to understand just how spectacular the sight of the Pacific, the shore and the horizon really are.

The middle level is the main living area with bi-fold doors that fold all the way back to create the ultimate indoor outdoor living area. Again a huge and spectacular DEKK invites to you out into the clear clean air to soak up the views. This DEKK is covered and provides outdoor space for all seasons. This floor features a designer galley style kitchen with top quality appliances - so you can cook up a feast with ease. On this floor you will also find a queen room, a twin single room and of course a huge bathroom.

For a longer stay the laundry is fully equipped with washer and dryer and is also on this level.

The lower (3rd) level features another living area with, you guessed it another enormous DEKK. Al fresco dining is a great option as you soak in the mega views from this level as well. It features it's own kitchen, huge living area, a queen and two singles that can form a KING if so desired.

This property is ideal for two families to share - but still have that separate space to get away to. The bottom floor is available to be let as a separate apartment for a group of 4. This will not occur if the upper level is already let for a group of 6. The owner really wants to let the entire property to one group of up to ten people who really deserve a luxurious getaway.

This is not a party house, it is in a residential area and the neighbours are permanent residents. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway with great BBQ's on the balcony with good friends building a memory of great times at Copacabana, this is the place you have been looking for.
