A charming and cosy beach hideaway, five minutes walk from the centre of Budgewoi village and with the lake at the end of the road. The Beach is a flat 12 minute walk away, or two minutes on your bike, past the lake and village. There are patrolled surf beaches and calm child friendly beaches within easy reach. The Entrance is 15 mins drive, Toukley 10 mins drive, for the golf lovers 5 mins drive to Toukley golf course. All the delights of the central coast as well as the Hunter wineries are within easy driving distance for your day trips. In the village of Budgewoi there are a range of restaurants including Italian, modern Australian, Mexican and Thai. There is delightful coffee shop, where you can have breakfast, take away or eat in, all overlooking the lake. There is large and well equipped Coles for all your provisions and there is a local pub. No need to drive if you would like to have a drink over dinner just leave the car at home and walk down the road to enjoy the atmosphere. Visit the local bowling club which has regular entertainment and serves well priced food. Once you stay at Budgewoi you will say to yourself - I wish I could stay here longer, it's just a lovely relaxing place to unwind, all you need is your own linen. So come, enjoy and see for yourself. The house is cosy and compact and contains everything you will need. There is a large fully fenced back garden and your dog is more than welcome. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bunk bottom, single bunk top. In the lounge there is futon bed which can also sleep 1/2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ on the back terrace.
