The Palms at Avoca is a relaxed and friendly holiday hideaway located just 5 minutes drive to stunning Avoca Beach and just over an hour’s drive north of Sydney.
Nestled amongst palms and sub tropical gardens, The Palms at Avoca offers a fantastic range of facilities and 4-star self catering accommodation options ideal for families and groups alike.
You can enjoy stylish self contained cabin type accommodation with a choice of 2 bedroom Cabanas or Villas. Stay by the pool, nestled amongst the palms or choose your holiday accommodation in a large 6 berth villa.
Whilst we offer a limited number of powered caravan or motor home sites in the park, there are no camping facilities.
Soak up the relaxed atmosphere where you can laze on a sun lounge or unwind in the heated spa while the kids swim in one of 2 resort swimming pools. Gather your family or group in the evening to enjoy a casual BBQ by the pool or a picnic in the playground area.

Reception is opened from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 12pm on Sunday.
Please contact reception staff for late arrival procedures if you are arriving after hours.
Car Parking:
Entry to The Palms At Avoca is from Carolina Park Road. All Villas have a car space at the cabin and Poolside Cabanas have a car space in front of reception which is clearly marked. There is no under cover parking.

Getting There:
Take Gosford exit from the F3. -Follow the road until you get to a roundabout with water on your right. -Turn right, and right again at the tariff lights. Follow the road (including left bend) through East Gosford. -Turn right onto Avoca Drive (large 6 lane intersection of tariff lights). -Follow Green Point, Kincumber and Avoca signs. -Turn right at roundabout (still Avoca Drive). -Bowling Club is now on your right. -Turn right at the Round Drive which is the third street on the right after the Bowling Club (approximately half km). -Turn right into Carolina Park Road. -Look for the Palms sign on right hand side of the road (approximately 100m). Enter Park. Reception is on the left handside, directly after the pool.
