Description:

This newly renovated three bedroom cottage enjoys one of the best views in Avoca. Once inside, this cottage will delight, it is brightly furnished and has a view to "die for". The main bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a single bed and one set of bunks. There is a separate toilet and the bathroom has a shower. Small reverse cycle air conditioner for upstairs lounge room. Very large deck with great views and bbq. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher. Television and dvd in lounge area. Downstairs is accessed internally by a spiral staircase, but not suitable for small children. There is a rumpus room and a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite off the laundry. Use of one garage only on left hand side, but there is room outside the garage for another off street park. Credit card imprint required on arrival.
