The sleepout has an ensuite.with a sitting area and bathroom which is accessed EXTERNALLY. This sleep out has a set of bunk beds and one single bed. Main bathroom in the house. Television, DVD player and a BBQ on the back deck. Main living area has a colour television. Two bathrooms. Washing machine & dryer in laundry. This property is not suitable for the elderly due to the driveway. Off street parking - Bond Required.
